I-Lab, re-launched in 22/23, is an inspiring, hands-on, and innovative space for in-depth analysis, strategic thinking, and go-beyond creativity to co-create breakthrough products,

services and experiences for global and local companies, based on their real business challenges.

Innovation is a combination of science, art, business, and creativity. Joining the I-Lab you will work on real challenges having the chance to learn methodologies & tools, developing your teamwork and creativity skills in a very experiential, collaborative, and real-business environment.

Objetives

Learn the Innovation methodologies the successful enterprises are following.
Gain a holistic understanding of business challenge and customer briefings.
Spot opportunities and develop their lateral thinking to create great products, services and experiences which go beyond the obvious.
Develop Strategic Thinking and co-creation in multidisciplinary teams.
Understand the fundamentals of Design Thinking Process.
Boost creativity with divergent and lateral thinking techniques, including blue ocean or challenge reframing.

EXAMPLES OF CONSULTANCIES & CLIENTS

ORACLE
Design a health management plan that addresses health and aging population challenges. This includes strategies to improve the balance between the different types of support as well as measures to prevent diseases and improve early detection and rehabilitation in the elderly.
AWS
Design an innovation office and a mechanism to support Spanish SMBs in the challenges they face.
TELEFÓNICA
Create a proposal for an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub on Artificial Intelligence for a City Hall of 50,000 inhabitants to help them attract talent and boost the city's business fabric.
SERENO
Identify cross-selling opportunities through the analysis of guest booking data and increase sales through cross-selling relevant products and experiences to guests.
